What is the minimum order requirement?
Ordering Made Easy
To ensure efficient and cost-effective service, we have the following minimum order requirements:
– Laundry: 2.5 kg
– Dry Cleaning: ₹250
Exclusive Benefits for Our Valued Partners

When will I get my clothes back?
Standard Turnaround Time (TAT) for Residents
Expect prompt service with our standard TAT:
– Ironing, Wash + Fold: 2-3 working days
– Dry Clean, Wash + Iron: 4-5 working days

What are the delivery Charges?
Delivery Charges
A delivery charge of ₹50 will be applicable for orders in most locations, including:
– Commercial areas
– Business stays
– Service apartments
Exclusions apply to our Listed Societies and Prime Members. Please note that delivery charges are at the discretion of PnD Laundry Online Services.
What is damage and lost policy?
Damage or Loss Policy
Your valuables are our priority. In the unlikely event of damage or loss of your clothes, we guarantee reimbursement of up to 5 times the service cost.
As per our policy, we’re not responsible for damage or loss after the order is delivered. Ideally, any discrepancies should be reported at the time of delivery.
